Brushing twice is nice

Good dental health begins with you. By following these simple tips you can keep your mouth clean and healthy

  1.  Brush your teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and at least one other time during the day, using fluoride toothpaste. 
  2.  Spit toothpaste out after brushing and do not rinse. 
  3. Use a toothbrush with a small- to medium-sized head.  
  4. Use a toothbrush with soft to medium, multi-tufted, round-ended nylon bristles.
  5.   Consider using a power toothbrush. 
  6.  Use small, circular movements  
  7. Brush the tongue as well.
  8. Consider using dental floss and small brushes to clean between your teeth.

Mouth wash

 Using a mouthwash that contains fluoride can help prevent tooth decay, but don't use mouthwash (even a fluoride one) straight after brushing your teeth or it'll wash away the concentrated fluoride in the toothpaste left on your teeth.   Choose a different time to use mouthwash, such as after lunch.  Don't eat or drink for 30 minutes after using a fluoride mouthwash
